01

Problem

Sales teams need a clear reason to prioritise one account over another. A score without visible criteria makes it difficult to check whether the ranking makes sense.

02

Solution

I built a model with three criteria and adjustable weights. Each account shows its input scores and final result. Changing a weight updates the ranking. The model rejects an all-zero configuration instead of producing a misleading result.

Sample data

Runs locally in your browser. No live contacts, emails or CRM records are changed.

03

Technical details

The default weights are 50 for company fit, 30 for buying intent and 20 for contact readiness. The weighted average is normalised, so 5:3:2 produces the same result as 50:30:20. The ranking can be exported to CSV.

Current integration status

Fit and intent inputs are fictional. Historical conversion validation is not available.

04

Results

Scores come from sample account data. This model has not been backtested against closed-won deals and has no claimed prediction accuracy.

Reflection

Next I would add technology signals and compare the ranking with historical opportunities. I would use that evidence to adjust weights and routing thresholds.
