Problem
Company lists often contain duplicates, incomplete records and inconsistent domains. Sending those records straight into a campaign makes targeting less reliable.
Solution
I built an enrichment pipeline that checks company domains and removes repeat entries before matching company data. It records which source supplied each match. A second source takes over when the primary source is unavailable. Records that cannot be matched are flagged for review.
Try the enrichment build
Runs locally in your browser. No live contacts, emails or CRM records are changed.
Technical details
The demonstration uses local sample records. URLs are converted to consistent domains, duplicates are skipped and invalid inputs receive a clear status. The outage control tests the fallback. Output can be downloaded as a CSV.
Current integration status
Clay, Apollo, Lusha and Clearbit are not connected. Verified contact information and live provider costs have not been measured.
Results
Measured from the eight-row sample: six matches out of seven unique domains. These are company-data matches, not verified email addresses.
Reflection
Next I would connect live providers, add contact verification and compare coverage, cost per completed record and processing time.
